Due to our varied selection of food available and the nature of our events, we do not cater to special dietary requirements such as gluten and dairy intolerances. All attendees who are anaphylactic should notify Afloat Cruises staff when registering.
Menus will vary between cities and events, however we cater generously for our guests and it will also depend on the package that you have purchased.
Yes! However you will need EVERYONES details including their full names, email addresses, voucher and phone numbers. Each guest MUST be booked in separately. One form for the purchaser does not automatically book the whole group in.
Not if your event is being held on a boat, our boats have specific docking stations and requirement and are not permitted to drop off any passengers at alternative locations.
Of course! There is no seating allocation on board Afloat Cruises unless specified, however if you are travelling with friends, we do recommend arriving to the event and checking in together in order for our crew to seat you together.
Smart casual is the best attire on board. If you are attending one of our cruises in the winter please remember your coat, especially if you would like to enjoy the outside decks. Some players like to dress up for the occasion and we love it when group make a night of it by coming in character ready for a great night.

At the beginning of each cruise, boat staff will inform all passengers of the safety requirements on board the vessel including the location of floatatation devices if needed.
This means that that date is no longer available. All off-shore events are governed by the licensed seating capacity of each vessel, which also means that once a session is ‘sold out’ there is no further seating available for that cruise. The booking system will automatically remove cruises that have reached their maximum capacity.
Whether you purchased your ticket through a group buying deal site or directly through our own website, your ticket will include what is listed on the event page of this website. Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. Upon purchase, please check Tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Tickets are not issued on a sale or return basis and refunds will not be made on Booked Tickets unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions.

Afloat Cruises requires a week’s notice (7 days) for cancellations due to catering commitments. Guests who give notice may be able to transfer onto another cruise at a later date providing there is availability. Tickets are transferable to other people such as friends. If you experience an emergency or you are running late please call 1300 839 326.
Not to worry! Once notified, a member of our team will amend any incorrect information and email you directly asking you to confirm your details are now correct. Afloat Cruises will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. You are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of Your Ticket. It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets. If duplicates are issued, an administration fee may be charged.
From time to time the website will time out. Try refreshing the page and starting again. If the error persists please contact us for assistance.
Vouchers are valid for all cruise dates outlined /currently advertised on the Afloat Cruises / Afloat After Dark website. Vouchers will also be valid for all additional event/cruise dates/times listed within the validity period.
These additional date/times will be added once current event /cruise dates are filled. View available event/cruise dates at www.afloatcruises.com
Strictly subject to availability. Refunds will not be offered if other dates/times are still available.
Please book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings are completed online only and subject to availability.
Vouchers are valid for one person. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to advertised commencement time.
Events depart from a nominated wharf specified in the product/cruise description.
Customers will receive a cruise reminder email at least 48hrs prior to their cruise.
Members can use multiple vouchers for themselves and multiple vouchers as gifts for different recipients.
Afloat Cruises reserves to right to transfer any event from a Vessel/Venue to another equivalent vessel/venue for any reason, guests will be notified via email or text if boarding/entry is at a different location.
Embarkation/Disembarkation times may vary on the day due to traffic congestion and/or weather and will be at the discretion of the boat captain/merchant.
Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Afloat Cruises. If your cruise is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, where available you will be offered a rescheduled date (refunds are not available where additional cruise dates/times are available).
Afloat Cruises reserves the right to reschedule event/cruise if minimum numbers are not reached.
Must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol.
Menus are set at time of advertisement and are is subject to seasonal availability and may change without notice. We cannot cater to individual dietary requirements for these deals.
7 day cancellation policy applies, non-attendance and late cancellation voids voucher/booking. Fees may apply to re-schedule booking/s.
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer and not redeemable for cash.
Deal Vouchers do not qualify as a confirmed Booking.
All vouchers must be redeemed via Afloat Cruises’ booking system, whereby a Ticket/Boarding Pass is issued confirming your successful cruise booking.
