Australians love a day off, so what better way to start the long weekend than cruising Sydney Harbour and seeing all the spectacular sights that the harbour has to offer!
To help kick off the cruise passengers are greeted with a Champagne Cocktail welcome drink as they step aboard, before enjoying a delicious BBQ Buffet lunch, or a Light Buffet dinner for the night cruise.
DAY CRUISE MENU
The BBQ Buffet Lunch(Day Cruise) comprises: Assorted Cocktail Sliders, Seafood Platter, BBQ Beef Fillet, Fettucine Florentine, Seafood Linguine, BBQ Sausages, American Potato and Crispy Bacon Salad / Classic Caesar Salad and Bread Rolls.
Complete your dining experience with an assorted Cake Slice Platter may include Brownie, Chocolate Mud Cake, Passionfruit Slice, Tiramisu, and variety of Cheese Cakes served with Tea and Coffee.
EVENING CRUISE MENU
The Light Buffet Dinner (Night Cruise) starts with: Cheese and Dips Platter w/ Blue, Brie, Soft Cheese, Hummus, Roasted Eggplant, Olive Tapenade Dips toasted Turkish fingers and Crackers. Then BBQ chicken, Penne Pestroma (V), Beef and Mushroom Tortellini in Rose Sauce, BBQ Sausages, Honey Mustard Chicken Salad, Pickled Baby Beet Pumpkin and Fetta salad (V) (GF).
Finish it off with a Seasonal Fruit platter served with Tea and Coffee
As always, there will be a cash bar on board with some great drinks specials to top off your afternoon in the harbour.
Boarding Sydney’s MV Supercat cruise boat at 10:30am (Day Cruise) or 6:15pm (Night Cruise) from Sydney’s Casino Wharf, Darling Harbour, setting sail on a spectacular Harbour cruise that’ll allow you to take in the best sights on Australia Day.
If you’re after comfort and an uninterrupted view then look no further, as the MV Supercat has been licenced to carry 300 passengers but we are capping each cruise event to 200 passengers per cruise.
This is done so that you, our guests are assured a fantastic view of all that this beautiful harbour can offer from the water in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Plus, all children under 3 years cruise for free.
